ATLI BOLLASON
Atli (b. 1985 in Reykjavík) holds an MA in English Literature from Concordia University, Montréal and a BA in Comparative Literature from the University of Iceland. He sees himself as an eternal amateur, someone who never perfects his craft but is a mere slave to the tyranny of ideas and inspiration. He pleads no allegiance to the notion of career or Calvinist work ethics and does his best to keep any dreams of success at bay. Most of the time he is happy just to compose music, write texts, exhibit art, critique music and culture, and organise cultural events.
